C Ashakiran 17 - Ember Steel Handpan 

The Ashakiran scale on a handpan is a wonderfully versatile and emotive scale. The term "Ashakiran" translates as "ray of hope", and this is reflected in its sound, which is capable of conveying happy, light, melancholy and hopeful melodies.
The scale is structured as follows:

Upper notes: C3, F3, G3, A3, B3, C4, D4, E4, G4
Lower notes: D3, E3, F4, A4, B4, C5, D5, E5


The instrument needs around 14 to 18 weeks to be built.

Tonal characteristics:
The Ashakiran scale is known for its uplifting and harmonic qualities. It consists of a full major scale with additional lower notes that provide depth and a richer harmonic texture.
