Shipping policy

We currently charge the following shipping costs for our handpans:

Germany / EU: Free shipping (DHL)

Switzerland, Norway and United Kingdom: €100 (DHL)

All other countries:

• €100.00 (DHL, delivery time 30+ days)
• €400.00 (UPS, delivery time 4-7 days)
• €800.00 UPS Express delivery time 1-3 days

The delivery costs for all other products will be added at checkout.

The costs for packaging and return shipping of handpans after retuning are to be borne by the customer and amount to €30.00.
